We are seeking a dynamic, people-first Executive Director to lead a well-established long-term care home in Winnipeg. This leader will be responsible for overall operations, team leadership, quality of care, and driving a strong, engaged workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Lead LTC growth strategy and drive regional revenue targets.

Own end-to-end pipeline ownership from prospecting to closing.

Forecast revenue accurately and manage resources to meet targets.

Develop and execute territory plans aligned with growth goals.

Monitor key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.

Build and maintain executive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve targets.

Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and service delivery.

Identify market opportunities and propose new initiatives for growth.

Collaborate with product and operations to optimize delivery timelines.

Represent the company professionally at industry events and meetings.

Uphold company values, ethics, and compliance in all activities.

Experience/Qualifications

Proven track record of leading LTC growth and regional revenue growth.

End-to-end sales ownership from prospecting to closing with forecast accuracy.

Data-driven KPI tracking and analytics to inform strategy.

Strong relationship management with executive-level clients and stakeholders.

Territory planning aligned with defined growth goals and metrics.

Leadership of cross-functional teams to meet targets and timelines.

Exceptional client service delivery with high satisfaction standards.
