Business Analyst

Job Title:Senior Business Analyst Job Location:Mississauga, ON, Canada Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Scrum Masters throughout the Agile development lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support project planning, change management, and release activities.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), process flows, and other project documentation.
• Assist in identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
