Iqra Arsalan – Desjardins Insurance Agent is hiring a Licensed Insurance Advisor who values integrity, accountability, and consistent performance.

What You’ll Do

As an Insurance Advisor, you’ll play a key role in both business growth and client experience:

Generate/convert leads
Educate clients on coverage options, helping them make informed and confident decisions
Deliver exceptional service by assisting with policy inquiries, changes, claims, and billing support
Meet monthly sales targets and performance expectations consistently
Maintain a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and client-first mindset

What You Bring

OTL License (Must have)
LLQP License (Nice-to-have)
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A team-player mindset with the confidence to work independently
