  • (Internal Title: Project Management II)
  • Implement and manage the assigned datacenters projects or project elements from inception through to completion
  • Develop new project plans in consultation with the required stakeholders, including clients
  • Utilize the human and material resources provided to complete assigned tasks successfully
  • Administer a resource allocation strategy and utilize this when distributing work and budgets
  • Exercise authority in managing the assigned work and support the delivery of the project per the project plan
  • Contribute to staff performance by ensuring excellence and adherence to specified deadlines
  • Review and ensure observance of the overall scope, schedule, and budget
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans in consultation with assigned Project Management III or higher
  • Track, monitor, and report on performance against project requirements, schedule, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs,
  • Initiate project effectiveness by consulting with clients, project staff, and assigned Project Management III or higher

Requirements

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Centers Construction Project Management or a similar role
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Licenses OR Certifications:
  • Must have a recognized certification such as PMI Project Management, ReadyTM, and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • In-depth understanding of prevailing Project Management methods
  • Competent in the application of tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance
  • Effective skills in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines
  • Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
  • Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
  • Equipped to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
