As a Property Administrator, you'll support a team in delivering exceptional tenant service and operational excellence across commercial properties. Success in this role requires an outgoing personality, strong attention to detail, communication skills, and comfort handling fast-paced administrative

What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinate daily administrative functions for assigned properties
Support tenant communication, move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance coordination
Review and prepare lease documents, renewals, and rent adjustments
Manage accounts receivable, rent invoicing, and collections follow-up
Maintain portfolio files and tenant records in organized digital systems
Draft correspondence, notices, and reports for property management
Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure work completion and documentation
Assist with property inspections and related reports

What You Bring to the Table:

Minimum 2 years of experience in administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player
