Role overview
Job Summary
Provide administrative support for property operations, tenant relations, and lease management. Ensure accurate records, timely communications, and coordination of maintenance activities.

Main Duties
- Respond to tenant inquiries, address concerns, and maintain professional tenant communications.
- Process rent payments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate financial and payment records.
- Maintain and update tenant files, lease documents, occupancy records, and databases.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, schedule contractors, and follow up to ensure timely repairs.
- Conduct routine property inspections and prepare inspection reports and action items.
- Assist with lease administration including renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and tenant onboarding.
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma in business administration, property management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in property administration, property management, or office administration.
- Proficiency with property management software and standard office applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge, including handling rent reconciliation and invoicing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience interacting with tenants and contractors.
- Ability to manage confidential information, prioritize tasks, and work independently with attention to detail.
