Position Summary

As a Life Insurance Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing tailored life and living benefit insurance solutions, and growing the agency's life insurance portfolio. You will work closely with existing clients, referrals, and prospects to deliver expert advice while building long-term relationships based on trust and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive needs-based insurance reviews with clients.
Recommend and sell life insurance and living benefits products that align with clients' financial goals and risk management needs.
Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and cross-selling opportunities.
Leverage existing agency client relationships to identify life insurance opportunities.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and present insurance proposals and recommendations.
Guide clients through the application and underwriting process.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
Work independently while collaborating with the agency team to achieve growth objectives.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure and consistently meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Qualifications Required

Valid LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) License.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience selling life insurance products.
Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of life insurance, disability insurance, critical illness insurance, and other living benefit products.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred

OTL or RIBO License.
Experience working within an agency environment.
Established professional network within the local market.
Experience identifying insurance opportunities through relationship-based selling and client portfolio reviews.
