Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day front desk security operations and personnel to ensure effective coverage and response.
Manage scheduling and attendance of front desk security staff to maintain optimal staffing levels.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments for security needs and incident reporting.
Conduct routine inspections and monitor access control to prevent unauthorized entry.
Train and mentor security staff, promoting professional development and adherence to protocols.
Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to security incidents and daily activities.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in security operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of security protocols, access control systems, and emergency response procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-stress situations professionally.
Proficient in using security management software and related technology.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management and training.
