CEO Associate & Management Trainee

1. The 3-Month "Privileged Immersion"

For your first 90 days, 80% of your time isn't spent "working"—it’s spent observing. You will shadow the CEO in high-level strategic sessions and executive decision-making meetings, experiencing the frontlines of AI-payment strategy. We will personally mentor you on the underlying business logic of FinTech.

2. Sparring with "Billion-Dollar" Minds

Every month, you will have deep exposure to 1–5 high-net-worth founders and CEOs.

The Duty: Supporting the CEO with scheduling and high-detail logistics.
The Reward: Beyond the logistics, you will be in the room for discussions on global currency trends and payment strategies. This is a training ground for top-tier networking, resources, and strategic depth that money simply cannot buy.

3. "Light-Speed" Career Path

We don't care about seniority; we care about ambition.

Velocity: Our record for the fastest promotion is three times in a single year. For the exceptional, there is no ceiling.
Compensation: Starting base salary of $35k - $50k (entry threshold). However, for those who thrive for 1+ years, the average total compensation (base + bonus) reaches $80k.

4. Dual Security: Immigration & Future

For outstanding international graduates, we provide fully covered LMIA and PNP Employer Sponsorship. Historically, 60% of our high-performing team members in this role have successfully secured their PR through our support.

We are looking for:

Background: Recent Canadian University/Master’s graduates or 0–2 years of experience (Any major; your ambition matters more than your degree).
Language: Near-native fluency in English and Mandarin, with the high EQ required to communicate as a peer to C-suite executives.
Traits: Relentless execution (perfecting the small things), deep analytical thinking, grit, and a fanatical curiosity for FinTech and AI.
