Job Description: The Clinical Resource Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority through the provision of safe quality nursing care to clients. The Clinical Resource Nurse educates, mentors and supports unit staff, promotes patient safety, occupational health and safety and quality improvement on the unit.

Experience

Five (5) years clinical experience in the specific department/area

Education

Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing

Licenses

Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certificate (NRP)

Memberships

Acute Care of At-Risk Newborn Certification (ACoRN)

Other Education and Training

MORE OB Program (Managing Obstetrical Risk Efficiently)
Labor Management (Ante/Intra/Post Partum care)
Registered/eligible for registration with the CRNS as an RN (NP) or RN (GNP)
Fetal Health Surveillance (FHS) course
