Why this role, why now
INNOOVA is a Montreal-based boutique consulting firm founded in 2019 with a growing HRIS practice serving clients across the public sector, healthcare, finance, technology, and education. Our team offers the rigour of a recognized firm without the weight of large corporate structures: faster decisions, direct impact, and real ownership from day one.
This Business Transformation Analyst position will work in a large-scale client within the public sector. The mandate exists because business process optimization work on this program must stay tightly connected to best practices. This is a newly opened seat on a fast-moving, high-visibility project.
Your day-to-day impact
- Lead business process analysis workshops with stakeholders to map current-state processes end to end.
- Identify gaps and optimization opportunities across people, process, and technology.
- Partner with Dayforce configuration leads to align recommended process changes with platform best practices.
- Design and deliver clear, compelling stakeholder presentations that translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Get embedded directly into live process optimization work from day one, with no separate ramp-up project.
- Collaborate closely with leads to bring optimized processes in front of the client for sign-off.
The profile we're looking for: 100% advisor with Technical Knowledge
