Salary range:$64,994.80 - $70,838.30. Placement within the range is typically based upon a review of skills, experience, and internal equity.

SAIT’s Student Services team is excited to welcome aFirst-Year Experience Coordinator to play a key role in shaping how students begin their journey at SAIT. Reporting to the Team Lead, First Year Experience, this position leads the planning, coordination, and continuous enhancement of student transition, onboarding, and engagement initiatives across multiple intakes and campuses.
This is a dynamic, student-focused role that combines program management, partner collaboration, and event delivery to create meaningful opportunities for connection, belonging, and success. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the Coordinator leads complex initiatives involving hundreds of students, multiple campus partners, and a blend of in-person, online, and hybrid experiences.
Through strategic planning, strong relationship-building, and data-informed decision-making, the incumbent helps deliver a consistent, high-quality student experience while driving continuous improvements that support student engagement, transition, and persistence.
