The Opportunity - Contract Reconciliation Analyst (Intern/Co-op)

About the role

Revenue Operations is hiring two fixed-term interns to support a manual contract verification effort. You'll work alongside the Deal Operations team to reconcile Salesforce Contract records against executed contract line items, flag discrepancies, and help maintain the accuracy of our revenue data. This is a detail-heavy, high-volume role well suited to someone who is methodical, comfortable with repetitive data work, and able to follow a defined verification process consistently. This role reports to the Senior Revenue Analyst.

You'll report to the Senior Revenue Analyst and work alongside an experienced operations team. Expect hands-on mentorship and exposure to AI-assisted workflows used in real day-to-day operations. Along the way, you'll build a working understanding of how deals, contracts, and revenue connect across a SaaS business, and sharpen skills that transfer to any analytical or operations career.

What you'll do

Compare CRM records against original documents to confirm key data points.
Flag mismatches, missing data, and value inconsistencies for review by the team.
Record verification status and notes in a consistent, auditable format.
Work through assigned contract and renewal batches on a rolling basis.
Escalate ambiguous cases and follow up to resolution.

What we're looking for

Strong attention to detail and tolerance for repetitive, structured work.
Comfort working in spreadsheets and learning new software tools (prior Salesforce exposure a plus, not required).
Ability to follow a documented process precisely and consistently.
Clear, concise written communication for logging notes and flagging issues.
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant program (business, finance, data, or similar) preferred.

Location:
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office.

Compensation Range: $20-25/hour. This is a fixed-term hourly contract so no benefits will be provided. Contract will be 2-4 months in duration.
