Domino's Pizza is hiring Delivery Experts across our 6 Victoria, BC locations. We're looking for reliable drivers who want steady hours, real earning potential, and a clear path to grow — whether that's into cross-training, shift lead, or management.

Compensation

$18.25/hr base + mileage + tips
Realistic earning potential: $24–31/hr
Both part-time and full-time positions available
Evenings, weekends, and flexible scheduling

Your growth path here

Start: Delivery Expert — learn routes, customer service, and store systems
3–6 months: In-store cross-training (make-line, oven, phones) + shift lead responsibilities
6–18 months: Assistant Manager / Shift Manager track for top performers
Long-term: Multi-store leadership opportunities for those who want it

What you need to apply

Valid BC driver's license
Personal vehicle with valid insurance and current safety inspection
Ability to pass a background check
Strong customer service attitude
Comfortable with basic math and a fast-paced environment
