About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Team Lead to join our new shop in Regent Mall. As a brand champion in a new market, you will play a key role in building awareness of Purdys, and creating memorable customer experiences.

Your success will come from your ability to connect with customers, drive sales and work in a fast-paced retail team environment.

The Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and to the policies and guidelines of the company. You will be guiding the staff, however, you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline.

This is a permanent full-time position requiring open availability (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Passionate about chocolate and have a leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry
Self-motivated and driven for results, enthusiastic about selling a quality product

Available for all types of shifts.
Prior retail lead experience is an asset
