Appointment Setter

Appointment Setter - On-Site, Calgary AB

11 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday

Our client is a scaling proptech company making home transitions seamless for buyers across North America. By partnering directly with top homebuilders and real estate brokerages, they simplify the stressful process of setting up essential home services—including internet, security, movers, and cleaning—into a single, coordinated experience.

They are looking for an Appointment Setter / Booking Specialist to join their team in Calgary. This role is the critical first link in their customer pipeline. Working with warm introductions rather than cold leads, your objective is to connect with busy homeowners, communicate value immediately, and schedule them for a comprehensive service consultation.

What You’ll Do

High-Volume Outreach & Queue Management

• Execute 200+ outbound calls daily to warm leads provided directly by builder and real estate partners.
• Manage and prioritize a live queue of contacts based on possession and closing timelines.
• Engage homeowners quickly, convey value within the first 30 seconds, and answer initial questions to secure bookings.

Qualification & Scheduling

• Identify homeowner needs, timelines, and key decision-makers to prepare the internal team for follow-up conversations.
• Schedule qualified appointments directly into the calendar and confirm details to ensure high show rates.
• Re-engage missed appointments and follow up consistently to reschedule dropped calls.

Data Quality & CRM Maintenance

• Maintain accurate records, call dispositions, customer consent, and detailed context in the CRM after every interaction.
• Track daily performance metrics to ensure continuous alignment with team conversion targets.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in high-volume phone environments such as appointment setting, inside sales, SDR roles, or call center operations.
• Strong conversational instincts with the ability to communicate naturally and authentically without relying strictly on scripts.
• High resilience and composure when handling frequent objections or rejection throughout the day.
• Excellent organizational skills to balance high call volumes, live calendar management, and detailed CRM entry simultaneously.
• Performance-driven mindset with comfort being evaluated against clear daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics.
• Strong command of spoken and written English; additional languages are considered a strong asset.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing proptech business in a high-impact role with clear daily targets, an outcome-based commission structure, and a direct path to internal career advancement.
