Role overview

The Landscape Maintenance Lead oversees a small team of 2-5 members, ensuring quality property maintenance through effective supervision and hands-on landscape care. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role involves regular local travel and direct client communication while utilizing standard landscaping tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and guide a small team of landscape maintenance workers
Perform and oversee routine landscape maintenance and property upkeep
Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and project needs
Coordinate daily tasks and schedules ensuring efficient team operations
Operate standard landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Report progress and issues to the Operations Manager
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance
Valid Driver’s License
Proficient in landscaping techniques and plant identification
Experienced in operating landscaping equipment
Demonstrated team leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
