Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $88,000 to $100,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

As an Organizational Change Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping Westland successfully navigate transformation. Working closely with leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders, you'll develop and execute change management strategies that support organizational initiatives, technology implementations, business process improvements, and cultural transformation. You'll help build change capability across the organization while ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and prepared to adopt change. Why we’ll love You:
Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
Bring 6+ years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, organizational development, or similar roles
Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives, including technology implementations, organizational restructures, business process improvements, or enterprise transformations
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks including Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar approaches
Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable influencing and building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholder groups
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess impacts, identify risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies
Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment
Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) is considered an asset
Experience working within large, matrixed organizations is preferred
Knowledge of project management principles and practices is an asset
Insurance industry experience is considered an asset
Once here, you'll:
Lead organizational change initiatives that support strategic business transformations, process improvements, and technology implementations
Evaluate change initiatives to determine scope, stakeholder impacts, change readiness, and adoption requirements
Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments to identify risks, opportunities, and areas requiring support
Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication, engagement, training, and adoption strategies
Partner with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to align change activities with project objectives and desired business outcomes
Identify, assess, and mitigate resistance to change while promoting employee engagement and readiness
Support the continued development of Westland's Change Management Centre of Excellence (CoE) by establishing standardized methodologies, tools, templates, and best practices
Provide coaching, guidance, and training to leaders, managers, and project teams to strengthen organizational change capability
Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Learning & Development, and business teams to deliver targeted communication and training programs
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and change readiness activities
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, equipping them to effectively lead change within their teams
Monitor change adoption, track success metrics, and report on organizational readiness and outcomes
Leverage feedback, lessons learned, and performance data to continuously improve change management practices
Champion a culture of adaptability, agility, and continuous improvement across the organization
Foster enterprise-wide awareness and understanding of change management principles and best practices
