Employer: PCRM Pacific Centre for Reproductive Medicine (Pacific Fertility) |Location: On-Site- Burnaby, BC | Schedule: The employee follows a 10-week rotation schedule, during which they are assigned to work 3 to 4 weekends. Statutory holidays may be included as additional shifts.

Your Role: Making a Difference Every Day

Provide empathetic, patient-centred care in our IVF clinic
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and documentation
Administer medications, IV starts, phlebotomy, and sedation recovery
Advocate for patients, providing guidance and education throughout their fertility journey
Demonstrate critical thinking, leadership, and clear communication
Ensure compliance with CCHSA patient safety goals

What We’re Looking For:

Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BScN)
Valid ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
Experience in women’s health or reproductive medicine (an asset but not required)
A compassionate heart, an analytical mind, and a passion for making a difference
Fully vaccinated as per public health guidelines
