Trillium Mechanical Services Inc. is a non-union mechanical service company specializing in plumbing and HVAC solutions for high-rise residential and commercial buildings across the Greater Toronto Area. Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated Licensed Plumbers (306A) to perform service, maintenance, and repair work on plumbing systems in high-rise residential and commercial properties throughout the GTA. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience as a licensed plumber are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, service, and maintain plumbing systems in high-rise and commercial properties
Diagnose and repair circulating and sump pumps
Clear blocked drains using drain machines and CCTV pipe inspection tools
Install and maintain plumbing fixtures (tubs, showers, taps, toilets, etc.)
Service and install potable water and drain piping systems
Perform maintenance and repair on backflow prevention devices (preferred, not required)
Complete accurate service reports and communicate effectively with office staff
Participate in on-call emergency rotation as scheduled
Adhere to all company and safety policies

Qualifications

Valid 306A Plumbing License – required
Valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s License – clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract required)
Minimum 2 years of licensed plumbing experience – preferred
High-rise and/or commercial service experience strongly preferred
Backflow certification – preferred, not required
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious
Must pass a background check

Schedule

Monday to Friday, with potential overtime, weekends, and on-call rotation

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $40–$55 per hour (based on experience)
