Territory Coverage: Greater Montreal area, Halifax, Ottawa and Toronto

Perform on‑site service efficiently and effectively on Eppendorf instruments and equipment, including installation, operator training, preventive maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, adjustments, calibrations and part replacement – always following service manuals and technical procedures.

Document and manage all service activities, billing and quality records accurately, whether working in‑house, at customer facilities or remotely, ensuring traceability and compliance with our quality standards.

Plan and manage your schedule in close coordination with Dispatch and your Area Service Manager, maintaining accurate calendar entries and balancing workload to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Build strong customer relationships by combining excellent technical expertise with clear, proactive communication and a consistently professional, “can‑do” attitude before, during, and after each service visit.

Manage spare parts inventory and company assets

Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to travel frequently to the US as needed for training

Verbal and written communication in English – Bilingual in French strongly preferred

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school – or comparable military training – combined with approximately three to five years of related field service experience and/or training. Combination of education and

Strong hands‑on technical skills in installation, troubleshooting, calibration and repair of instruments or equipment, with the ability to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
