Night Audit

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Full-Time Night Audit to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office during overnight hours and maintaining precise financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
• Proactively address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Generate, verify, and balance daily financial reports with meticulous attention to detail.
• Execute month-end accounting procedures accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain a secure and organized front office environment throughout the night shift.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant experience in a hospitality or front office role.
• Must be available to work strictly overnight shifts with hours between 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Demonstrated ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
• High level of integrity and an excellent work ethic, particularly with monetary transactions.
• Experience preparing and analyzing financial reports.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work both individually and as part of a team.
• High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment.
