Immediate Hiring – Experienced Freezer Forklift Operators
The Great Canadian Employment Ltd. is hiring experienced Reach & Counterbalance Forklift Operators for a leading food distribution warehouse in Mississauga.
This is a long-term opportunity for candidates who are comfortable spending the majority of their shift working inside a -20°ree;C freezer while operating forklifts safely and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities
- Operate Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts in a -20°ree;C freezer environment
- Load, unload, move, and stage frozen products safely
- Perform inventory movements and stock replenishment
- Complete daily forklift inspections
- Follow food safety (SQF), warehouse, and Health & Safety procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory and product handling
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Reach & Counterbalance forklift experience
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience working inside a -20°ree;C freezer warehouse
- Valid external Reach and Counterbalance forklift licence
- Comfortable working extended shifts in freezing temperatures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic

Work Environment
- Majority of the shift is spent inside a -20°ree;C freezer
- PPE and freezer protective clothing are provided

- Physically active position requiring standing, lifting, and forklift operation throughout the shift
