Compensation and Benefits

Starting wages of $23.80/hr
Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Unload product & empty returnables from trucks
Load trucks with product and empty returnables
Ability to meet shipment window times
Verify correct product is loaded on truck in the proper sequence
Complete shipping paperwork with drivers
Notify leader tech or supervisor with any concerns when loading shipments
Must be able to operate lift truck in a safe manner
Lead and maintain 5S condition in the warehouse
Stage shipments based on customer requirements
Load / Unload rollers and ropaks
Perform other duties as business needs require

Requirements:

Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Must have an excellent attendance record
Must be able to work overtime when required
Must have strong performance in current role
Demonstrated ability to follow all policies and procedures
Experience an asset, but not required
