Groundskeeper - Private Luxury Residence

The Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Groundskeeper who takes real pride and artistry in their work to help maintain a beautiful private property. If you have a passion for immaculate lawns, thriving gardens, and creating stunning outdoor spaces, we'd love to have you on the team!

Responsibilities

Yard clean-up.

Maintaining grounds through the shift.

Remaining flexible with scheduling, as hours may shift based on booked events and daily tasks.

Be in uniform at all times.

Reporting to the supervisor at the end of shift.

Patio & Amenity Care: maintain outdoor furniture, clear tables, manage beach towels, and keep the patio pristine.

Cabana & Bar Upkeep: clean and restock the kitchen, bar, washroom, and pool shower areas; manage waste and recycling.

Pool & Hot Tub Maintenance: skim floating debris and operate the robot vacuum to ensure crystal-clear water.

Groundskeeping: sweep and leaf-blow walkways, driveways, and patios; water plants as needed.

Event Support: assist during special occasions by managing waste, mopping high-traffic areas, and helping the culinary team.

Experience

Proven experience in property maintenance, hospitality, or a similar outdoor role.

Strong multitasking skills with a sharp eye for cleanliness and presentation.

Ability to work independently and report effectively at the end of each shift.
