What You'll Be Doing

Perform preventative maintenance inspections on commercial trailers.
Diagnose mechanical, structural, suspension, braking, and ABS-related issues.
Complete wheel-end repairs, wheel seal replacements, tire work, and brake repairs.
Conduct safety inspections and ensure fleet compliance.
Perform minor structural, panel, and scuff liner repairs.
Complete welding and torch work as required.
Identify repair requirements and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate service documentation and repair records.
Support fleet uptime through efficient, high-quality workmanship.

What We're Looking ForRequired Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Trailer Technician.
Strong experience performing preventative maintenance and trailer inspections.
Experience with suspension systems, brake systems, wheel-end repairs, and trailer maintenance.

Technical Skills

Ability to diagnose ABS systems.
Welding and torch operation experience.
Structural repair knowledge.
Brake system repair and maintenance.
Tire and wheel-end repair experience.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Journeyman certification considered a strong asset.
Safety Inspection Certificate considered an asset.
Ability to obtain CVIP Certification.

Afternoon Shift Premium: $1.50/hour
