We are currently looking for experienced Excavator Operators to join our growing team. Our workforce is in oil and gas drilling with rig locations throughout Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.

If you’re confident operating a 16–20 ton tracked excavator, enjoy working in the field, and take pride in doing the job right, we’d like to hear from you.

We know experienced operators are hard to find, so we’re looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to be part of a professional team

What You’ll Be Doing

· Safely operate a 16–20 ton tracked excavator on an active drilling rig sites.

· Work closely with rig crews and supervisors to complete projects safely and efficiently.

· Complete daily equipment inspections and check-over assets with regular maintenance

· Proactively identify and report mechanical issues before they become major problems.

· Keep equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.

· Follow all company, client, and industry safety policies and procedures.

· Work safely in a variety of weather and site conditions.

· Maintenance, clean-up, and support work around drilling operations.

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 1 year of experience operating a tracked excavator on active drilling rig locations.

· Experience with pipe grapples and pallet forks

· Experience mixing off cuttings

· Experience loading trucks

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

· Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

· Positive attitude with a strong commitment to safety.

· Knowing "what comes next" in the drilling process is considered an asset

Required Certifications

The following certifications must be current:

· Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level C

· H2S Alive

· Common Safety Orientation (CSO)

· Additional client or contractor orientations as required

· Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence

Other Requirements

· Reliable transportation to travel to remote work locations.

· 2-way radio for travel on controlled resource roads.

· Comfortable working long hours in varying weather conditions.

· Fit and able to work in a demanding field environment.
