Position:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Safer Gambling & Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in upholding the highest standards of player protection, regulatory compliance, and data integrity. You will be responsible for assessing player activity, managing Safer Gambling and EDD cases, escalating high-risk accounts, and ensuring that all actions comply with internal policies, licensing requirements, and data protection regulations.
An understanding of data privacy principles and GDPR would be an advantage, as the role involves handling sensitive personal and financial information with the utmost care and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems as we continuously refine and improve our processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Case Management
- Monitor and respond to all active cases in the Safer Gambling and EDD inboxes.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant case records across all systems.
- Assess player behaviour and financial activity to identify potential risk indicators.
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior team members or relevant departments.
Analysis & Reporting
- Review player documentation to verify Source of Funds (SOF) and Source of Wealth (SOW).
- Prepare clear, concise case summaries, recommendations, and reports for management and compliance reviews.
- Contribute to trend analysis and continuous improvement of Safer Gambling and EDD processes.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date with regulatory, policy, and data protection developments.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a strong willingness to learn new tools and technologies as processes evolve.
Requirements:
- Experience in Safer Gambling, EDD, AML, Fraud, Compliance, Risk, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and sound judgement.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in the online gaming or other regulated industries is preferred.
Profile Differentiators:
- Experience in online poker or the wider iGaming industry.
- Experience implementing AI-powered customer support solutions.
- Knowledge of Responsible Gaming, KYC, AML, or regulatory compliance requirements.
