As a Showing Agent, you’ll meet with prospective buyers, tour properties, learn what they’re looking for, and help guide them through the home search process.

You’ll also have access to mentorship, proven systems, and ongoing support to help you stay organized, improve your follow-up, and become more confident working with clients.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $160,000+

Commission-based opportunity with part-time and full-time options available.

Compensation:

$125,400 - $205,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Guide prospective buyers through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring property recommendations accordingly.
Coordinate with listing agents to schedule and confirm property showings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Provide timely feedback to clients post-showing, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Utilize our proven systems to maintain organized records of client interactions and property visits.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.
Stay informed about local real estate market trends to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.

Qualifications:

Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
Strong knowledge of the local Edmonton real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling, communication, and property research.
Real estate license required or actively working towards obtaining one to ensure compliance and credibility.
