What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Global HR Coordinator. This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business and will be located in Toronto, Canada. In the role, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of HR services across international markets. Reporting directly to the HR Director, People Operations, you will provide operational and administrative support to HR Business Partners and the HR Director, ensuring the efficient execution of HR processes, accurate data management, and timely response to employee queries across multiple geographies.

Roles Responsibilities
HR Operations & Data Management
Maintaining and managing employee data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle transactions across cross-border populations.
Preparing regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
Conducting audits and data validation to ensure consistency across global HR systems.
Employee Support & Query Resolution
Acting as a first point of contact for employee HR queries across multiple countries, providing timely and accurate responses.
Liaison between internal stakeholders (Payroll, Mobility, Legal) to resolve complex cross-border employee issues.
Ensuring a high level of customer service in all employee interactions, escalating issues when appropriate.
HR Business Partner & Leadership Support
Providing administrative and coordination support to HR Business Partners and the HR Director.
Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and HR documentation for leadership meetings.
Coordinating logistics for HR initiatives, including meetings, workshops, and employee programs.
Project Coordination & Continuous Improvement
Supporting the execution of global and regional HR projects (e.g., system implementations, process improvements, organizational changes).
Tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring effective follow-up and communication.
Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
Compliance & Policy Support
Assisting in ensuring HR practices align with local labor laws and global policies across jurisdictions.
Supporting documentation and updates of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of HR coordination or HR operations experience, preferably in a global or cross-border environment.
Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors) and strong data management skills.
Familiarity with international HR practices, mobility, or multi-country operations is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Pay Transparency
The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 CAD, based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits (where applicable), may also be provided.
