Description
The Treasury Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of Corporate Treasury by managing cash reporting, banking relationships, payment processing, and compliance-related activities. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, financial institutions, and legal teams to ensure efficient treasury operations and strong financial controls. The salary range for this position is between $48,500 - $70,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash reporting, cash positioning, and liquidity monitoring.
- Prepare and maintain short-term cash forecasts and treasury reporting.
- Execute and administer short-term investment and cash management activities.
- Process corporate payments and support treasury operations.
- Administer banking platforms, treasury systems, and reporting tools.
- Manage bank accounts, banking services, and financial institution relationships.
- Oversee signing authority administration, compliance, and treasury documentation.
- Support acquisitions, banking integrations, and the implementation of new treasury and payment solutions.
Qualifications
- Post secondary education in business or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in treasury or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination
- Knowledge of cash management and treasury operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with online banking platforms and financial systems
