Summer Student - Leasing Administration
Reporting to the Leasing Administrator, the Summer Student - Leasing Admin acts as the back end administrative support for the Leasing Administration team.
This individual will work out of our location at 392 Colborne Street, London Ontario.
This position is expected to work 40 hours a week during the summer season.
Priorities change regularly in this position and the successful candidate must be flexible and willing to change priorities as required.
Responsibilities
Supporting the rental application process by

• Uploading new applications into Propertyware and writing initial notes for items the leasing team needs to review
• Cross-checking prices and promotions on applications to ensure they match the vacancy report
• Uploading and updating supporting documentation into Propertyware
• Monitoring team mailbox and distributing office mail as needed

Other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:

• Ability to use and/or learn how to use new technology
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy on documentation
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive documents
• Currently enrolled in an accounting or related program at a post secondary institution in Ontario
