We're looking for a hard-working person to join us as aSenior Boiler Technician in our Service Department! Our Boiler Technician seamlessly installs technical HVAC systems and expertly navigates intricate control setups. Repair experience and skills in proactively troubleshooting complex hydronics/boilers are an asset.

Earn a competitive wage of $42 - $48 per hour, depending on skill level and experience.

STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

You can expect to work Monday through Friday, with the potential to be added to an on-call list.

OUR IDEAL SERVICE BOILER INSTALLER:

We're looking for someone who meets these qualifications:

8-10 years of commercial, residential, or custom home hydronics experience
Journeyperson Ticket
Tech-savvy with iPads and texting apps, experience using Service Titan is an asset
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision
Positive attitude and excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with customer-facing service, sales experience is an asset
Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
Attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work

And who can manage these responsibilities:

Install and oversee quality control of residential and commercial hydronic/boiler systems. Repair and maintenance experience is an asset (including burner tuning, cleaning, and replacing worn-out components)
Supervise the install team and ensure job efficiency
Test and calibrate controls, safety devices, and system components
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Work with hydronic and steam heating systems, including pumps, expansion tanks, and piping
Provide excellent customer service, explaining issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations
Assist technicians during service calls
Support technicians by attending and overseeing any warranty calls
Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and follow-up actions
Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while on job sites
