Description / Responsibilities / Skills

Must Have

  • 3+ years Public Sector experience developing Salesforce CRM solutions
  • 5+ years experience with Salesforce PSS Grantmaking or similar (Nonprofit Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud)
  • 5+ years Agile Scrum experience
  • 5+ years Azure DevOps with User Story creation and requirements documentation
  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce integrations (third-party systems)

Description

Project Description

  • Funding Management System (FMS) project leveraging Salesforce CRM Grants Module
  • Supports healthcare funding allocations to hospitals, LTC, and community providers
  • Key role supporting Enterprise CRM roadmap initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Perform business requirements analysis and definition for FMS
  • Act as liaison between business SMEs and vendor implementation teams
  • Lead requirements gathering, user story refinement, and backlog management
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies (reviews, backlog refinement)
  • Ensure requirements meet agency standards and business needs
  • Support CRM roadmap and future system enhancements

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years delivering Salesforce CRM solutions
  • 5+ years Agile/SDLC experience
  • Experience with MS Office, O365, SharePoint, Teams
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • PMI-PBA, CCBA certification
  • Salesforce BA Certification
