This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturer where you'll have significant influence over site performance, team development, and operational strategy, with a clear pathway into more senior operational roles.

The company is a well-established manufacturer continuing to invest in its people, operations, and future growth. They are looking for a strong leader to drive performance and support the next phase of expansion.

In this role, you will oversee all site operations, leading department managers and driving improvements across productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Manufacturing Manager or Engineering Manager looking to step into a Plant Manager role, or an experienced Plant Manager seeking a new challenge.

The Role

Lead all manufacturing operations across the site.
Develop and mentor department leaders.
Drive continuous improvement and operational performance.
Full site leadership position based in Brampton.

The Person

Management experience within manufacturing.
Manufacturing Manager, Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, or Plant Manager background.
Strong leadership and continuous improvement experience.
Looking for long-term career progression.
