About the Role

Topper’s Pizza is looking for reliable and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team. This role involves food preparation, customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to company standards.
• Prepare and stock ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Wash dishes and sanitize equipment and workstations.
• Sweep and mop floors as needed.
• Remove garbage and recycling.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work (access to a personal vehicle is preferred and may be required for certain shifts).
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
