Role Description:

The Business Development Director CANADA is a performance-based role that involves leading initiatives to identify, create, and secure new business opportunities that align with the company's mission and revenue goals. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to collaborate virtually with global peers while driving the company's growth and impact in the personal development and education space.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Developing and executing strategic business and marketing plans,

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with the existing clients and peers

· Executing lead generation efforts,

· Following up with prospect clients

· Managing client accounts

· Running marketing campaigns through various social media

· Personal and Professional Growth through online training courses and attending online meetings

· Client invoicing

Qualifications:

We are looking for an applicant/s with the following traits and qualifications:

· 5-years of working experience

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders effectively

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for personal development and empowering others

· Ambitious, self-driven, self-discipline professional with a strong desire to reach revenue targets

· Ability to work independently and consistently thrive in a remote, collaborative environment

· Pleasant personality and professional demeanour

· Exercises an ongoing positive “can-do” attitude

· Diligent and well-organized

· Proficiency in using digital tools and social media platforms would is an asset

· Must be an English-speaking, Canadian resident with Social Insurance Number
