Autism Therapist (ABA / Instructor Therapist)

Location: Oakville, Burlington & Milton, ON (Halton Region)Employment Type: Full-time / Part-timeCompensation: CAD $30–40/hour (based on experience, education, and certification)

Help every child reach their full potential while making every therapy session smarter than the last.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy using individualized behaviour plans.
• Collect accurate behavioural and skill acquisition data.
• Implement BCBA/RBA-designed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team.
• Prepare concise session notes using AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Education or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transportation within Halton Region.
• CPR/First Aid and Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain).
