What You’ll Do

• Lead daily kitchen operations and support smooth service execution
• Coach, train, and develop culinary team members
• Maintain strong food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Support ordering, prep levels, inventory, and product management
• Help control food cost, labour, waste, and variable costs
• Build strong communication between the culinary and service teams
• Create a kitchen culture based on accountability, teamwork, pride, and execution
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training for culinary team members

What You’ll Bring

• Culinary leadership experience in a restaurant or high-volume hospitality environment
• Strong understanding of kitchen systems, prep, line execution, and food safety
• A calm, organized leadership style in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to coach people and hold standards with consistency
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A team-first mindset and pride in food quality
