Role overview

Our future National Account Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities for our transportation services across Western Ontario.

*You'll need to be at the Mississauga terminal three times a week

Salary Range: 90 000$ to 125,000$ + Role is eligible for a sales incentive plan. (The salary range indicated for this position is provided for informational purposes and may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience and level of education.)

Opportunities for career growth and advancement

Responsabilities:

  • Increase revenue and sales results for our transportation services;
  • Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and research new potential clients through market analysis and industry databases.;
  • Pipeline management: Track and update the status of all active leads and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Networking and industry engagement: Attend industry events, webinars, and seminars to expand professional connections.
  • Lead meetings using tailored client presentations, ensuring that specific customer needs are addressed.
  • Work closely with Operations, Legal, IT, and Pricing departments to streamline communication and processes, ensuring that all client concerns are addressed promptly.

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the transportation industry (LTL/FTL);
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and project management software;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
