Glass Project Solutions Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Glazier to help lead the next stage of our company's growth.

This is not just another glazing job.

We're looking for someone with 10–20+ years of experience who wants to play a key role in building one of British Columbia's premier residential and commercial glazing companies. The successful candidate will work closely with ownership to manage projects, mentor installers, improve operations, and help grow the business.

For the right individual, this position offers a clear path toward profit sharing and potential long-term equity or partnership.

Glass Project Solutions Ltd. specializes in residential and commercial glazing throughout the Okanagan, including:

• Commercial Storefront Systems
• Curtain Wall Systems
• Commercial Glass Doors & Entrances
• Glass Railings
• Shower Doors
• Residential Window & Door Installation
• Window & Door Glass Replacement
• Multi-Family Projects
• Strata Maintenance
• Emergency Glass Repair

Our focus is on exceptional workmanship, professionalism, and building long-term relationships with our customers and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Install commercial storefront and entrance systems
• Install aluminum glazing systems and curtain wall
• Install glass railings, shower enclosures, mirrors, and custom glass
• Complete residential window and door installations
• Perform sealed unit and glass replacements
• Read blueprints and shop drawings
• Coordinate projects with builders, contractors, and site supervisors
• Train and mentor apprentices and installers
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards
• Assist with scheduling, estimating, and project planning
• Help improve company systems and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• 10–20+ years of glazing experience preferred
• Extensive commercial glazing experience
• Residential glazing experience
• Experience with storefront, curtain wall, and aluminum systems
• Experience installing glass railings and shower doors
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Professional communication with clients and contractors
• Valid driver's licence
• Ability to work independently while leading a team
