Must Haves

At least 10 years of experience designing, architecting, and developing complex enterprise applications using:

Project Description

The consultant will support the Criminal Law Division's:

• SCOPE
• e-Library

The project focuses on:

• Designing and implementing enhancements.
• Application modernization and support.
• Integration with other Justice technologies.
• Transition from Microsoft TFS to Azure DevOps.
• Adoption of Agile SCRUM delivery practices.

Scope of Work

• Design, develop, and implement enhancements for SCOPE and e-Library.
• Complete project documentation aligned with OPS standards.
• Provide technical expertise for integration with Justice technology platforms.

Assignment Deliverables

The consultant will:

Application Development

• Translate business requirements into working software solutions.
• Develop programming specifications.
• Create user interface designs and prototypes.
• Write, compile, test, and debug code.
• Develop RESTful API services using ASP.NET Web API.
• Develop user authentication and authorization components.
