Key Responsibilities:

• Support the successful lease-up of a new purpose-built rental community.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for prospective residents throughout the leasing journey.
• Respond promptly and professionally to rental inquiries and prospect communications.
• Support leasing activities from initial prospect engagement through lease execution, as applicable to the role.
• Build positive relationships with prospective residents while representing Pacific Cove Properties in a professional manner.
• Promote the community, available homes, amenities, and current leasing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and administrative processes.
• Work collaboratively within the leasing team to achieve occupancy objectives.
• Ensure leasing offices, display suites, and marketing materials are presented to a high standard.
• Adhere to company policies, internal screening procedures, and the Residential Tenancy Act.

Required Skillsets:

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive first impressions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time management abilities.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience considered an asset).
• Professional, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality at all times.
• Physically fit to lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs when necessary.
• Knowledge of residential leasing or the Residential Tenancy Act is considered an asset

Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, customer service, sales, administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Relevant post-secondary education, professional training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Successful candidates will be considered for opportunities within the leasing team based on their experience, qualifications, and demonstrated strengths.
