Role overview

CLV Group is redefining what a Canadian real estate platform can be. As an integrated investor, developer, and operator, we acquire, transform, and manage real estate assets at scale. Our model combines disciplined capital allocation, bold redevelopment strategies, and operational excellence to generate durable long-term value.

We are not simply growing. We are building one of the most dynamic real estate platforms in the country.

Real estate shapes cities, communities, and lives. The spaces we create are homes, workplaces, and gathering places where life happens. That responsibility drives how we invest, build, and operate. From large scale office to residential conversions to complex mixed-use communities, we focus on unlocking potential and delivering real world impact through design, sustainability, and execution.

Our culture is rooted in passion, purpose, and a strong sense of community. We cultivate thriving environments where residents, businesses, and neighbourhoods flourish. Philanthropy and social responsibility are embedded into our DNA, ensuring that as we grow, so do the communities we serve. We want to show the world that a business can scale AND do good at the same time.

With a landmark acquisition underway and a robust national pipeline, we are expanding our footprint, deepening our capabilities, and accelerating our trajectory. This is not incremental growth. It is transformational expansion that will shape the next era of our organization and the communities we serve. For investors, we offer disciplined growth, institutional strength, and long-term value creation at scale. For exceptional talent, we offer something rare: the opportunity to help build a category defining real estate platform from the inside. This is a moment to step into complexity, drive change, and leave a lasting mark on cities across Canada.

This role serves as the local extension of our centralized marketing team, ensuring every community receives consistent, strategic marketing support while bringing local market insights back to the organization. You will support multiple properties within an assigned region through content creation, community partnerships, local marketing initiatives, and on-site campaign execution.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, being in the field, and creating meaningful marketing experiences within the communities they support.

The successful candidate will balance hands-on local execution with strong coordination, using property needs, resident/prospect insights, and local market activity to help strengthen brand awareness and support leasing performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute local marketing initiatives across multiple residential communities.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, community partners, and organizations.
  • Capture engaging content including photography, video, and community stories.
  • Support property marketing campaigns, resident events, and community activations.
  • Partner with Leasing and Property Teams to identify local marketing opportunities.
  • Act as the primary marketing liaison for your assigned region.
  • Ensure local marketing activities align with brand standards and organizational objectives.
  • Support local marketing plans that align with property priorities, leasing goals, campaign calendars, and regional business needs.
  • Coordinate grassroots outreach, local partnerships, sponsorships, and referral opportunities that build awareness within assigned communities.
  • Support event planning and on-site execution for resident, prospect, community, and partnership initiatives, including coordination of materials, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Gather local market insights, competitor activity, community trends, and property feedback to help inform marketing recommendations.
  • Create and submit clear requests, briefs, recaps, and updates to centralized Brand, Growth, Property Marketing, and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Track and share results from local marketing activities, including event participation, engagement, lead-generation support, campaign learnings, and content performance where applicable.
  • Maintain organized regional marketing assets, including photos, videos, local partner details, event materials, campaign files, and approved brand resources.
  • Support accurate and consistent community messaging across local channels, property materials, digital listings, and campaign touchpoints.

What Success Looks Like

  • Strong relationships with property teams and local community partners
  • Consistent execution of regional marketing initiatives
  • High-quality content that showcases our communities and residents
  • Increased local brand awareness and community engagement
  • Effective collaboration between regional properties and the centralized marketing team
  • Timely, well-organized coordination of local campaigns, events, partnerships, and marketing requests
  • Clear regional insights and practical recommendations that help improve local marketing effectiveness
  • Improved visibility for assigned communities through stronger local partnerships, content, events, and on-site activation
  • Reliable tracking and communication of local marketing activity, outcomes, and learnings

What You Bring

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, community engagement, events, or communications
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, public relations, event management, business, or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, or community initiatives
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Experience coordinating events, local partnerships, grassroots marketing, community outreach, or field marketing initiatives.
  • Comfortable capturing photo and short-form video content using a mobile device or basic content equipment.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Microsoft Office, or similar marketing and coordination platforms is an asset.
  • Ability to gather local insights, summarize results, and turn observations into practical recommendations.
  • Strong attention to brand standards, accessibility, inclusive language, and clear written communication.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
  • Bonus: Experience in residential real estate, hospitality, retail, or community-based organizations
  • A portfolio, work samples, or examples of content, event recaps, community campaigns, or local marketing initiatives would be considered an asset.
