THE ROLE

Hands-on leadership. You're on the floor selling alongside your team, coaching in the moment, and running daily operations.

Lead by example — sell on the floor, coach your team, drive ticket values
Hire, train, and develop a team of 4 part-time advisors
Own your store's sales targets, inventory, scheduling, and presentation
Build loyal repeat customers who trust your recommendations
Execute community outreach, local marketing, and in-store events
