The incumbent is responsible for planning production, support relating to on-time delivery and coordinating the organization of work in collaboration with production and in accordance with cell policies and procedures. He/she also has good stress management, is able to work under pressure with short deadlines. Your role will be to plan the production of certain cells in our factory.

Position Requirements:

Relevant bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or administration.
At least three years of relevant experience or training in the field.
Strong analytical skills & problem-solving skills;

Ability to define problems, gather information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to understand the different assembly sequences and identify bottlenecks
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and ensure on-time execution of tasks.
Teamwork and interpersonal skills;

Ability to communicate effectively with different groups, colleagues & internal clients
Able to provide customer support & present information clearly to various stakeholders
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite; such as Excel.
Thrives in a fast-paced and high-tension environment.
Bilingualism in French and English is required.
Ability to generate reports with databases using SQL, VBA, Power Query Language M, Power BI not required but definitely a plus.
Familiarity with an integrated management system (ERP), preferably Oracle.
