Job Summary:

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in providing comprehensive business analysis services to support diverse business and technological needs. This role involves gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective IT solutions aligned with organizational strategies and standards. The Business Analyst leads business process improvements, develops business cases, and ensures successful delivery of projects through strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate workshops to elicit, review, document, and confirm business requirements, process reengineering, business models, business rules, and user interface design.
  • Conduct business analysis activities throughout all project phases, including requirements gathering, business modeling, and solution evaluation.
  • Develop strategies, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies for I&IT initiatives.
  • Apply re-engineering concepts to promote business improvements and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Support Agile methodologies by creating user stories and aligning business analysis tasks with iterative development cycles.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report regularly to management and stakeholders.
  • Develop performance measures and traceability matrices for business analysis evaluation and follow-up.
  • Manage change processes including impact analysis, training, and communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Oversee production support, configuration management, and participate in vendor evaluation for I&IT solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Experience leading workshops and eliciting business requirements.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to break down complex requirements into manageable deliverables.
  • Proven ability to create user stories and support UX, functional, and technical design processes.
  • Experience on medium to large-sized projects as a business analyst or functional consultant.
  • Understanding of enterprise business architectural concepts and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Experience developing business cases from inception to completion.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in business analysis and project management tools such as DevOps, MS Visio, and Figma.
  • Ability to prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation including reports and assessments.

  • Experience with information retrieval packages and information management principles.

  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles and prototyping tools like Figma.
