About the Role
Thank you for considering the Dental Concierge role. We're excited to be hiring a full-time Dental Concierge at Dentist North York. Our Dental Concierge role is a unique position for a dental office - this is because we do not operate as a ‘standard’ dental office. We see this role as one for a service-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced health care setting. This highly important role greets and services our patients from our Care Desk, while also being an integral part of managing our office and supporting our team members. We believe that we have created never-before-seen dental practices that are undoubtedly committed to our patients, their families, and our employees' experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Days, Evenings, Weekends
Wage range: $23-$30 hourly

What You’ll Be Doing
Your day will be dynamic, but your impact will be consistent:

Be the first point of contact for patients in person, over the phone, and via email
Create a welcoming and professional experience for every patient interaction
Coordinate and optimize the daily schedule, including managing last-minute changes
Support patient communication, referrals, and coordination with external offices
Explain treatment plans, insurance coverage, and payment options clearly and confidently
Process patient and insurance billing while maintaining accurate records
Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable as needed
Maintain and update patient records within the clinic management system
Support the clinical team to ensure efficient and seamless daily operations

Who You Are
You’re someone who is organized, adaptable, and passionate about creating a great patient experience.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, reception, or customer service
Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is considered a strong asset
Experience with dental software such as ClearDent, Dentrix, or AbelDent is an asset
IPAC certification is considered a bonus, but not required
