Full Time (12 month contract) - Palliative Care Visiting Nursing for the Oakville Community

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Community Visiting Nurse specializing in Palliative Careto join our dedicated healthcare team. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with serious illnesses in their homes, focusing on symptom management, pain relief, and emotional support. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to enhance quality of life and ensure comfort in alignment with the patients goals and wishes
Acclaim Health announces the availability of one (1) Temporary Full-Time Registered Nurse position to work in the Oakville & SW Mississauga Community for a period of twelve (12) months. As a Full Time employee, the individual will be required to seventy-five (75) hours in a bi-weekly period. This position requires the individual to work Monday to Friday including 1:3 weekends in addition to the statutory holiday rotation. This position also includes on-call rotation.
Pay Rate: $34.76 - $37.64 per visit
$35.90 - $39.29 per hour
