Customer Service Representative (Evenings – Closing)

Gold’s Gym is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representativefor evening closing shifts, with strong potential for growth. If you’re outgoing, reliable, and passionate about fitness and customer experience, we’d love to connect.

About the Role

• Schedule: 3–4 days per week (12–24 hours)
• Availability: Must be availableTUESDAYS 5:15pm-11:15pm / FRIDAYS 5:15pm-11:15pm & SATURDAYS 3:15pm-8:15pm
• Commitment: No extended travel/time off during the first 4 months

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience (required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation or ability to commute easily
• First Aid certification (asset)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations during evening closing shifts
• Ensure the facility is properly secured and prepared for the next day
• Greet and check in members and guests using proper procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Direct guests and appointments to appropriate staff efficiently
• Support guest check-in and onboarding processes
• Handle daily cash reconciliation accurately
• Assist the sales team with guest tours and membership support
• Support prospect and member outreach via calls, texts, and emails
• POS handling and end of night close out
